Biya’s inability to make it home for the 11 February speech is ample evidence of his fragile health and a potential reality that Frank Biya is definitely on his way to succeed his father in a bloodless transfer of political dynasty. Small wonder that Cameroon is neither Tunisia, Egypt nor Lybia and France stands more to gain in the statusquo compared to her rash in Cote D’ivoire where her interest were threatened. See
